How do downloads work?

The moment you order, you'll receive an email with your download links. Files are PDFs in both A4 and US Letter. You can re-download any time, and updates are free for life.

Do I need anything special to print?

No — a normal home printer works. Cardstock makes verse cards sturdier, and grayscale printing works if you'd like the kids to colour things themselves.

Which Bible translation do you use?

All Scripture in our products is quoted from the World English Bible (WEB) — a trusted modern-English translation in everyday language kids understand, freely available to the whole church.

Are your resources tied to a denomination?

No. We're intentionally non-denominational and gospel-centred. See Our Story for our full statement of faith.

Can my church, Sunday school or co-op use these?

Yes — that's what the Classroom and Church licences are for. A Church licence covers every classroom and family on one campus, forever, for a one-time price. See our Licences page.

Do you offer refunds?

Because downloads are instant, we generally can't "take back" a digital file — but if something's wrong with your order, or a file doesn't work for you, email us and we'll make it right. We'd rather have a happy family than an awkward policy.

I'm a church buyer and need a proper invoice or tax exemption.

No problem — contact us and we'll sort your paperwork quickly.

Can I share the files with a friend?

Please don't — each purchase covers one household (or the licence tier you choose). Sharing the shop link instead genuinely helps our small family business keep making these.
