All products are digital downloads. Upon successful payment you will receive access to download your files. No physical goods are shipped.

 

Licences

Every purchase includes a licence — Family, Classroom/Co-op, or Church — as selected at checkout. The full plain-English terms of each licence are set out on our Licences page and form part of these terms. In short: use our resources freely within your licensed household, class, or church campus; please don't resell, redistribute, share files outside your licence, or post them online.

 

Pricing

All prices are displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice. Discount codes are subject to their stated terms and expiry dates.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including written content, imagery, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Seeds & Sparrows. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. Scripture quotations are used under the applicable translation licences and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seeds & Sparrows is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Our resources are educational and devotional materials for family and ministry use. They are provided in good faith and with care, but are not professional advice.
