Refund policy

All Seeds & Sparrows products are instant digital downloads, so orders can't be "returned" once delivered.

 

We will gladly make things right if:

• You were charged but never received your download link
• - A file is faulty, corrupt, or won't open
• - You accidentally purchased the wrong age level or paper size
• - You were charged twice for the same product

Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we'll fix it — replacement files, the correct version, or a refund where something has genuinely gone wrong. We respond within 1–2 business days.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
